Strategies that work! Directly from the
nation's expert on recruiting and retaining women in law
enforcement. Donna Milgram, Executive Director of IWITTS, conducts
her fast-paced interactive workshop for Chiefs, command staff,
police recruiters, and law enforcement and human resource
administrators, and ranked and line officers. The woman behind
IWITTS's successful work with police
departments, the Law Enforcement Environmental Assessment Tools,
and Police Chief's Recruiting Women to Policing article, Ms. Milgram
has been an instructor at the FBI Academy on women and law
enforcement, has presented at four International Association of
Chiefs of Police (IACP) conferences, the Southwestern Law
Enforcement Institute, the State Police Hiring Summit, and the
National Association for Women Law Enforcement Executives. The
Recruiting Women to Policing Training is based on best practices
from small, medium and large agencies; is solutions oriented; and
our participant's say that it's even a lot of fun. For both male and
female, sworn and civilian participants.
