7. What
do you feel was BEST about this workshop?
- Practicals,
working together to solve the problem.
- Very practical
and workable ideas. I also liked the small size.
- Group case
study and individual department plan.
- The case
studies were a good practical exercise and the recruitment planning
strategy was very practical.
- Interaction
with other agencies, "brainstorming".
- The sharing
of information that has been successful for other departments.
- Minimal
note taking was required. Almost all the information the instructor
went over was already in the binder.
- The group
work.
- Hands on
brainstorming and sharing of information.
- To date:
the assignment tool & matrix as well as the e-commerce stuff.
8. What
do you feel would IMPROVE this workshop?
- Some presentations
by Police Officers from the Brass level with success stories in
the recruitment of women.
- None noted.
- A little
more facilitation during exercises to keep groups "on task".
- Put all
the notebook information on CD.
- Not sure.
9. Additional
comments?
- Great job,
long overdue training; all management/staff should have this as
a mandatory training.

- The course
was excellent and up to date. You introduced me to new ways of
doing business in our department as well as several options/solutions
that can be applied in any organization large or small. Thank
you.
- A clean
copy after training would facilitate placement of info in the
Department's library
