• Different agencies expressed their way of recruiting, not just INS

• Lunch! Great seminar - maybe 3 days

• The sharing of info between agencies

• Day one pertained more to helping us recruit women. I feel this can be very helpful.

• Understanding how the Federal System works, our hands are tied in regard to making drastic changes.
  
• Better understanding that the Federal government is an entity in and of itself, that takes to long to change
